Welcome to Chapter of Grace Stationery. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Chapter of Grace Stationery. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Products & Handmade Nature
Chapter of Grace creates handmade and artisan-made goods. Because many of our products are made and finished by hand, slight variations may occur from one item to another.
Our leather journals are handcrafted using genuine vegetable-tanned leather. Leather is a natural material and may vary in color, grain, texture, markings, and tone. These characteristics make each journal unique and are not considered defects.
Leather may also naturally change in appearance and develop a patina with time, handling, and use.
Personalization
Personalization is offered on select products. Customers are responsible for entering names, dates, words, phrases, Scripture references, and other personalization exactly as they would like them to appear.
Please carefully review spelling, capitalization, dates, and other details before submitting your order.
Chapter of Grace is not responsible for errors resulting from information entered incorrectly by the customer.
We reserve the right to decline personalization requests that contain inappropriate, hateful, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable content or that cannot reasonably be completed using our available materials and production methods.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, product availability issues, or circumstances that prevent us from reasonably fulfilling an order.
If Chapter of Grace cancels an order after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Prices, product availability, personalization options, and promotions may change at any time without prior notice.
Payment must be successfully completed before an order is processed.
Production & Shipping
Because our products are handmade, production times may vary. Any processing or shipping estimates displayed on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, delivery may be affected by circumstances outside of our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.
If an order arrives damaged or contains an error made by Chapter of Grace, please contact hello@chapterofgrace.com within 7 days of delivery.
Intellectual Property
All Chapter of Grace branding, logos, product designs, original photographs, graphics, written content, artwork, packaging concepts, and other original creative materials displayed on our website are owned by or licensed to Chapter of Grace Stationery and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, sold, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Website Use
You agree not to misuse our website, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use the website for unlawful purposes, or reproduce our website content for unauthorized commercial purposes.
