Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our products, all Chapter of Grace sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has entered production.

Please carefully review all personalization details, including names, dates, words, phrases, and Scripture references, before submitting your order. Chapter of Grace is not responsible for spelling or information entered incorrectly by the customer.

Natural Leather Variations

Our journals are handcrafted using genuine vegetable-tanned leather. Because leather is a natural material, each piece is unique and may have variations in color, grain, texture, markings, and tone. These natural characteristics are part of the beauty and individuality of genuine leather and are not considered defects or grounds for a return or exchange.

With time and use, your leather journal may also develop a natural patina, allowing it to become even more unique to you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an item with an error made by Chapter of Grace, please contact us at hello@chapterofgrace.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
